We have MAJOR success stories to announce: When members of FOTAS work at the shelter, we become attached to the pets, and more attached to some than others. Lately we have had so many cute puppies the older dogs were being overlooked and, frankly, we feared they might not be adopted. Two in particular were Roscoe and Maddie. You can see them by CLICKING HERE and looking for their names.
These two dogs were mature and handsome but didn’t have the “curb appeal” of puppies. Many of us were making contingency plans for them but TODAY two LUCKY people came to the shelter and adopted Roscoe and Maddie. They are lucky because these are great dogs and will be loyal friends for years to come.
Congratulations to the families who brought Roscoe and Maddie into their families AND…THANK YOU! Many thanks also to Mr. Holliman who does such a great job as Shelter Dir.
